At Centered Pilates EVERYBODY can enjoy the benefits of Pilates in our private coaching studio.

All our clients are assessed and a program is tailored specific to your goals, muscular imbalances and injuries keeping safety and physical limitations in mind.

If you are new to Pilates, starting at a low base of fitness, are injured or simply need a little bit more guidance and focussed attention then Private Pilates Coaching (1:1) are the way to go. We recommend that beginners take 2-3 private sessions before advancing to our Pilates Classes.

Our Pilates Classes (3:1) are for those who can work out a little more independently but still with plenty of personalised input and instruction from your Pilates coach. Classes are limited to 3 clients per class and are open to all levels.  No need to be of a certain level as you will be working on your own program and you will progressed at your own pace. There is no need to keep up with a class that is too difficult or a class that is too slow!

Our instructors are industry recognised professionals with many years teaching experience in injury management, sport specific, pre and post natal and active ageing.

Our comfortable studio is fully equiped with reformers, combo chairs, spine correctors, a trapeze table, ladder barrel, CoreAlign and various small equipment to keep your workout fun, interesting and targeted.
