It is valid for 3 weeks from the date of your assessment and comprises an assessment, a follow up private coaching session and 3 classes. Please ensure you book your 2 private appointments prior to your class appointments. $250
Pilates Private Coaching (1:1)
When done correctly and at an appropriate level, Pilates is a therapeutic form of exercise. If you are starting a low base of fitness, are injured or simply need a little bit more guidance and focussed attention then Private Pilates sessions are the way to go.
Pilates Classes (3:1)
For those who can work out a little more independently but still with plenty of personalised input and instruction from your Pilates coach. Classes are limited to 3 clients per class and are open to all levels. No need to be of a certain level as you will be working on your own program and you will progressed at your own pace. Our studio is fully equipped with all Pilates equipment including reformers, combo chairs, a trapeze table, a ladder barrel and spine correctors. We also have a CoreAlign.
Therapeutic Massage
Massage can benefit your physical and mental wellbeing in numerous ways. It can:

- Promotes recovery from soft tissues injuries and overuse injuries
- Improve flexibility, joint mobility and posture
- Improves circulation

Studio Rental (Industry Professionals)
Our studio is equiped with the highest quality of commercial grade equipment and is available for rent to industry professionals and students of Pilates. We have 2 reformers, a trapeze table, 2 combo chairs, a ladder barrel, a large spine corrector, a west coast small spine corrector and a baby arc. We also have a CoreAlign and various small equipment including hand weights, ankle weights, balance boards, Makarlu, hedgehogs, calf stretch boards, therabands, yoga blocks and stretching straps.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings are essential and are by appointment. Book online via our online bookings page or call the studio on 0415 137 407.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days net. To take advantage of buying sets at reduced rates payment terms are strictly 7 days net from the first visit of the new set. Casual prices will apply after a week.
A minimum of 2 clients are required for trio sessions to go ahead and occasionally may need to reschedule your appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
All private and trio studio Pilates appointments are an hour long.
All classes start and finish on time. Please ensure that you arrive on time as late comers will only be able to complete their scheduled appointment time.
All equipment, including mats are provided.
All sessions have an expiration of 4 months from the date of purchase.
All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
An annual price increase applies on the 1st of July.
All cancellations 24 hours or less prior to your booking are charged in full.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be subject to a full charge.
